Schedule: Registration will begin at 08:30 am.
A skippers meeting will be held at 09:30 am and course instructions given.
The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race each is 11:00 am.
Subsequent races will be held as soon as possible after the end of the previous race.
While the total number of races is subject to the discretion of the race committee, the norm is four races. No warning signal will be made after 3 pm.
Rules: This event will be governed by the current Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the WRSC General Sailing Instructions and any applicable class rules. See WRSC web site.
Changes: Any change to this NOR or SIS will be posted prior to 9:30 am the day of the race.
Start: Races will be started using Rule 26 (5 minute system)
Boats will not start later than four (4) minutes after their starting signal.
Order: For the first race the classes will start in the following order:

Laser Radial, if at least 3 boats
Course: Courses will be posted on the Starboard side of the committee boat in accordance with the Sailing instructions. Conditions permitting, races will be held near the mouth of Rhode River. We will make every effort to stay out of the dreaded cove and its difficult winds.
Scoring: The Low-Point Scoring System, RRS A2 will apply, modified so that each boat's series score will be the total of her race scores with her worst score discarded if 6
or more races have been completed. A minimum of 3 boats are required for a start. Laser Radial will be scored separately.
Results will be posted on the Club bulletin board and the
