DESCRIPTION
The Spring Series will consist of four race days. Each day will consist of up to five races. A separate course will be set for Optimists on April 26. Advance registration is encouraged at www.fbyc.net.

As a new addition to the annual Leukemia Cup festivities, FBYC is proud to host a Leukemia Cup One Design Challenge on May 31, 2008, in conjunction with the Spring Series. Details on fund raising activities at this new event will be forthcoming.

Subsequent races (Race Chairs discretion) 1000
First Warning Signal 1100
Followed by subsequent races
Followed by refreshments and daily awards

CLASSES
Classes are Flying Scot, Front Runner, Laser, Laser Radial, 420, Mobjack, and Optimist. A class of any three like or unlike one-design boats is also invited to race. The Portsmouth Number (D-PN) handicapping system will be used to score classes of unlike boats.

AWARDS
Awards will be presented by the Race Chair for each day's racing shortly after the conclusion of racing. Overall series awards will be presented on July 4th.

Special fund raising awards will be presented for the One Design Challenge on May 31.

CBYRA SANCTION
Each day of the Spring Series is sanctioned as a separate event for CBYRA High Point awards in certain classes as shown in the CBYRA One Design Schedule.
