74th Annual Regatta

Laser sailors, this weekend I sailed in a great regatta at Hampton Yacht Club. They probably had about 80 total boats from several classes, with 7 standard Lasers competing. It was a very professional event and definitely worth the time. Conditions varied each day, with strong northeasterly gusts on Saturday and light southerly winds on Sunday. With the good weather, I camped a couple nights at the nearby Sandy Bottom Nature Preserve.
