Indian Summer Regatta

Conditions were nearly ideal for the Indian Summer Regatta, held on October 12 and 13 at Fishing Bay YC. Summer-like temps in the mid 70's and sunny skies made up for the cooler water. Winds were mostly light, although we saw 10-12 kts on Saturday. We raced 7 races, with Mike Schmidt taking 3 bullets, Taka Shioya picking up 2, Mike Alexander and Steve Hall splitting the rest. The racing was pretty tight, with Mike S and Taka separated by only a point going into the last race, and three other boats were long shots but in there. -Mike Schmidt
