Laser/Byte Regatta

The Potomac River Sailing Association Laser fleet a great day on the river in Saturday's Laser/Byte regatta. The sun was shining, wind was blowing, river was tearing out. Winds were in the mid teens, gusting upwards of 20mph. Eleven boats came out, ten made it to the start. We got off 4 long races. Wind shifted around a bit and the RC did their best to line up the course. Robert won the day with Dave in second and Jim G in 3rd. Results are on the Web site. We had BBQ and beer after racing. Big thanks to Jeff Stork, Dave Thompson and the Lightning fleet for doing RC, they did a great job! - Scott Snyder
