Hard Rock Laser Masters Regatta

Rock Hall Yacht Club hosted the Hard Rock Laser Masters regatta last Sunday. 25 folks showed up for a great day of sailing. While we rigged up the breeze was out of the North at about 10 knots. The sail out of Langford Creek was spectacular with the geese squawking and the corn fields glistening in the sun. By the start of the first race the breeze had died down a little bit, but still enough for a 170 pounder to squezze in a little hiking. By the end of the third race the conditions had deteriorated to virtually no breeze. Wisely, the RC told us to head for the club where the bar was open and lunch was being served.
Many thanks go out to the great folks at Rock Hall. If you missed it, you missed a great time. Just make a mental note to attend next year.
