  • We bought this laser in 1998 from Mattia D'Enrico who was campaigning for the Olympics. It would be a good boat for Tues nite racing, or fun sailing on Lake Ogleton, not serious racing. It is in decent condition, though I hear all the rigging such as the vang, etc. have changed. I have 3 sails, one which is in good condition but has a small area of a water line. I have kept the blades and sails in a cool place since owning the boat. I have a laser bag that holds the blades, tiller extension and windex. Asking price is $1500.

  • Mark V Radial sail; used; $100.
  • Sail has no holes, rips or repairs, but has seen significant use. Should be fine for club racing or leisure sailing.
    Please note that this is a Mark V, not the current Mark VI version of the radial sail and that it has my hull number on it (175892).

  • Baltimore County Sailing Center is trying to build a junior Laser program. They have several kids who are interested in participating, but can't afford to buy a boat. The Center would like to find some boats that they can loan to these kids. They are looking for good solid boats in the $2000 or less range. They are a non-profit, and can accept tax-deductible donations.
