Baltimore County Sailing Center is trying to build a junior Laser program. They have several kids who are interested in participating, but can't afford to buy a boat. The Center would like to find some boats that they can loan to these kids. They are looking for good solid boats in the $2000 or less range. They are a non-profit, and can accept tax-deductible donations.
