The dinghy races are on Sunday, April 25. Norfok Naval Sailing Association offers some of the finest sailing around, located right on the west side od Willoughby Bay. Members who are not military need to get their base passes updated. For those who are not members, Leon Garber has been liaison to the organizatio and may be able to help you get the application. Those unable to get on base can still take part by launching at the Norfolk city boat ramp on the East side of Willoughy Bay near the onramp for the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Then, head slog it across the bay (just point toward the aircraft carriers.)
We look forward to seeing everyone out on the water.
